• Tiphook boss Robert Montague has been awarded a CBE in the New Year's Honours List. MBEs were given to the RHA's international expert Robert Duffy, and to FTA secretary John Morris. Richard Rallison, deputy managing director of Rateliff Tail Lifts, received an OBE; Ronald Rivett of the Perkins Group took an MBE. Ulsterbus driver Joseph McDonald won the BEM.
