Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

QUNDERLAND CORPORATION k) TRANSPORT has placed an order with Leyland Motors Ltd. for three rearengined single-decker bus chassis, the first Leylands to be introduced in Sunderland since 1940. Advantages of the new vehicles over existing single-deckers will be a single-step entrance and lower gangway. The new buses will be 33 ft. long and will be powered by the Leyland 0.400 diesel engine driving through a semi-automatic gearbox. Whilst the first of three new Atkinsons for Sunderland, described in The Commercial Motor of December 13, and now in service, is fitted with a constantmesh gearbox, the two remaining vehicles, due in service early in the New Year, will have semi-automatic epicyclic gearboxes and air-operated lock-up clutches.
