THE U.K. mobile sales fleets of Wall's lee Cream and Forte's Mr. Whippy are to be merged into a new company, Walls Whippy Ltd., with headquarters at Leamington Spa and an equal share in finance and control by the two companies.
Of the 1,800 vehicles which will come under the control of the new company about 1,000 will sell Mr. Whippy soft ice-cream and Wall's wrapped products and the remainder only Wall's products.
The board of the new company will have three members from Wall's and three from Forte's.
