Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

MapMechanics recently announced that it has bought TruckStops and OptiSite outright from MicroAnalytics and that it will be moving the development of the packages from the US to the UK. The TruckStops package and its various add-ons are likely to become more closely integrated, something Short is optimistic about. “We see this acquisition as the start of a new phase for TruckStops. Our sales have already been increasing and, under MapMechanics’ management, we expect to see that growth accelerating sharply.” MicroAnalytics founder Mike Hooban has been retained to work on the transition from USto UK-based software development and to oversee the move from the Delphi platform to the more modern C# language.
