Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

The Editor, THE COMAIERCIAL.MOTOR.

L39781 Sir,—I am perfectly confident that an association can be formed for the sole interest of the ownerdriver ; to own its clearing houses, its service depots and supplies, and even its cafes on the main roads.

Provided that a sufficient number of owner-drivers will interest themselves in the proposition, I would say that clearing houses could be opened in London, Birmingham, Manchester and other industrial centres within a few weeks and manned by a staff of experts.

London, N.9. H. P. GREEN.
