Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Ford's Transit Autoclutch has found its first fleet buyer. Securicor Vehicle Services has acquired 28 Transit 190 HiCube diesels for the Securicor Omega Express collection and delivery fleet, covering North London.

The Securicor operation is one of the largest Transit users, with around 3,000 in service.

The decision to use the two-pedal system Follows studies showing that driver fatigue is disproportionately higher in inner city operations. Omega Express chief executive Richard Benson says: "Driving in urban areas is a very stressful occupation and any new piece of technology that can be introduced to improve the working environment for our drivers is a welcome addition."

The company's fleet managers predict that the £750 (ex-VAT) cost per vehicle will be more than repaid by fuel and maintenance savings and enhanced resale values.
