Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• A major logistics operation swung into action last weekend when the M25 carried its largest and heaviest load ever. The German-built gas turbine travelled on a barge down the Rhine before crossing the Channel and arriving at the abnormal loads bay at Tilbury Docks.

Three 40-tonne Faun tractors from Staffordshire-based Abnormal Load Engineering then moved the 370-tonne load on a 170-tonne trailer for the 30-mile journey from Tilbury to Enfield Power Station in North London.

Traffic signals and bollards had to be removed, and all bridges were measured to ensure the 5.5m-high load could be accommodated—with a minimum clearance of just 50mm.
