JUST IN case the calendar on your watch has stopped, let me remind you it's only four CM days to Christmas.
This is the time when we all start on staff and customer parties, ladies' festivals and stag nights and generally start getting in practice for Christmas Day.
Recognising our weaknesses, Associated Tyre Specialists have commissioned a course of slimming exercises from Marina Andrews, of London.
All you need is a chart and a spare tube. ATS is supplying both free from any one of its 361 depots.
However, if you're already too heavy or tired to go and collect a chart, just watch this space. ATS has given me the OK to reprint four of the exercises, but you'll need to supply your own tube.
