Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

t isn't just the weather that is hot at the moment — used sales have Deen impressive across the board at independent dealer Keltruck.

It has been a strong year so far for the used department at Scania independent dealership Keltruck, underpinned by a iolid mix of vehicle specifications. The past six months, says used sales manager David Morgan, have been"absolutely mad" with a good mix of stock being sold. He has been out buying every day to keep pace with demand for • everything from two-axle boxyans and multi-axle rigids to Topline 4x2, 6x2 and heavy haulage tractors.

The good weather has helped keep business strong. "If people tell you it's too hot," he jokes,"tell them to shut up. We don't get enough good weather in this country."

One source that has kept the Keltruck forecourt stocked is the former Phil Hanley Scania-based fleet. Innovate Logistics took over Phil Hanley's temperature-controlled business last year and its decision to replace Scania with Volvo has provided the used market with clean, desirable stock.

Keltruck has sold more than 30 white Topline twin-steer trucks with retarders, which have been fetching £30,000432,000 a piece, says Morgan. With the recycling programme taking place they are still coming through in dribs and drabs. •
