Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Sykes-Pickavant's latest developments include a new diesel glow plug tester with an easily read OK/fautVinterrnittent LED indicator.

Just apply the probe to the plug under investigation and a short circuit, open circuit, low or high resistance or OK lamp will illuminate.

Other tools include a coil spring compressor system with up to 13 interchangeable and colour-coded forks, covering 30 different and 190 individual vehicles, Safety features ensure correct tool location to prevent rt slipping off under load and offset jaws give access to smaller strut recesses.

Spring compression is via a 22mm hex head using a normal ratchet and socket, or airtorque wrench; for protection, a shear pin gives at 140Nm. Two strut vices are included; one rotates through 180° but both can be bench mounted.

The glow plug tester retails at £115, and the coil squeezer at 11,135; this includes workstation, vices and three of the 15 jaws available.
