Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

BY establishing five new haulier depots in England and Northein Ireland, Polycell Products Ltd., Welwyn Garden City, has greatly improved its vehicle service to carry more goods and cover a wider area.

Polycell previously had six depots: at Glasgow, Spcnnymoor, Peterborough, Plymouth, Bath and Dublin, and in these areas hauliers have been giving good service to the firm's customers.

Northern Ireland was one problem area. Here Polycell's do-it-yourself materials were sent by 12-ton container from the Welwyn factory and to get the cheapest rates it was sometimes necessary to hold orders for a week or more until a container load was made up. The setting up of a depot at Belfast has eliminated these delays and greatly improved customer relations, and the same can be said of the new depots at Welshpool, Beverley, Norwich and Maidstone, all of which have solved many problems of delay and strain on loading and storage facilities as they existed.
