Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

primarily for the Australian army, it is hoped to develop an overseas market for a new vehicle by the International Harvester Co. of Australia Pty. Ltd.

The International 2+-ton general service 4 x 4 lorry has a forward cab design and a 6-cyl. engine rated at 148 b.h.p. at 3,800 r.p.m. A special cooling system is said to ensure adequate cooling even when operating under maximum load and power in tropical conditions.

With a wheelbase of 12 ft. 1 in., the vehicle has a gross weight of nearly eight tons and a payload of three tons. Overall length is about 20 ft.

To simplify the provision of replacements, the maximum number of similar components have been made interchangeable throughout the vehicle.

The new vehicle has five forward speeds and a reverse. It can negotiate a 1 in 2 gradient and cross a 40-inch-deep ford, or, with special preparation, one of six feet in depth.

The steel body has a cargo space of 14 ft by 7 ft., and a fabric, bow-type canopy has been fitted to minimize body weight.
