● A public inquiry will be held on 7 April that will consider a variation application from JRB (Stoke). The TC will also consider disciplinary action against the firm. On the same day, a PI will consider disciplinary action against JRB (Underground Detection).
● An inquiry on 8 April will look at a variation application from Lewis John Weller, trading as B&W Transport, based on the Fenton Industrial Estate in Stoke. The TC will also look at disciplinary action, as well as the repute of the transport manager.
Bristol
● Cooks Commercials, based in Taunton, will make a variation application at a PI on 4 April. Also up for consideration will be disciplinary action, as well as the repute of the transport manager.
● Exeter-based South West Crane Hire (2010) will appear at an inquiry on 27 April, at which a new application will be considered. Also up for consideration will be the repute of the transport manager.
● A PI will be held on 12 April to consider a new application from A4 Drivecare, based in Marlborough, Wilts.
● A PI will be held on 14 April to consider disciplinary action against Bluebell Laundry.
