Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

BUNGLING THIEVES were foiled in their attempt to escape with a truck loaded with teabags after they crashed the vehicle and were trapped in the cab until the fire brigade freed them.

At around 1.20am on 21 March officers on patrol in Wythenshawe, Manchester saw a truck drive through a red light. It then sped towards a roundabout on the wrong side of the road. It made a very sharp right turn, overturned and collided with several trees and lampposts. The trailer burst, spilling tea bags on to the road. Two men were trapped in the cab, enabling police to arrest them on suspicion of theft. The truck was reported stolen from Blackburn.
