Continental Tyres has acquired an 89.66% stake in Turkish tyre distributor Oltas for an undisclosed sum. Oltas has 200 franchise dealer network sites in Turkey, and is the exclusive distributor for Continental's commercial vehicle and passenger car range in Turkey. The deal will need approval from Turkish anti-trust regulators.
