Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• The Kocom Vehicle Rear Viewer, consisting of a small CCTV camera and a TV monitor, is a surveillance system allowing drivers of vans, trucks and PSVs to see behind them when they reverse.

The camera is no larger than a cigarette packet and has a metal housing to make it water resistant. It has an adjustable 1500 angle of view to a distance of 13m and uses an infrared/ auto-iris combination to provide a bright clear picture.

The compact monitor houses the operating controls and can be swivelled to suit the driver. The whole system is said to be easy to install and use. Power is tapped from the vehicle battery and one coaxial cable between the camera and monitor is all that needs to be fitted.
