THE DEPARTMENT of Trans is carrying out a review of administration of Operat licence forms, Civil Seri Minister Barney Hayhoe told MPs.
The review is part of the tinuing series of Rayner sc nies. These are carried out ut the watchful eye of Mrs Tha er's waste expert, Marks Spencer managing director Derek Rayner, by young I flying civil servants.
The review began at beginning of the month an not likely to be completed the new year at the earliest.
A Department of Trans spokesman said the idea wa see if the administration o licences such as form fill could be simplified. But the eral policy was not be affected by the review.
