• Froude Engineering, the US operating company of the UK Froude Group, owned by Babcock International, has reached an agreement with Buck Engineering to buy the business of its subsidiary, GoPower Corporation, which has 20 years' experience in making dynamometers.
Go-Power, based in California, will retain its name.
