THE Industrialite Division of British Uralie is being reformed as a limited liability company and will be known as Industrialite(Holdings)Ltd, and will concentrate on research, development and manufacture of insulation materials for diesel engines, industrial and materials handling vehicles, cars, etc. The holding company will be a majority shareholder in a new joint venture company known as Industrialite (Quiet Power} Ltd, which is being established with the Perkins Engine Company to process and market Industrialite materials.
