Motor Services Ltd. and Hants and Dorset Motor Services Ltd. will come under the same management and operational control. Both are Tilling group companies.
For some years now the two concerns have worked very closely together, sharing certain facilities and depots and operating four joint routes. The move is a logical one, since the territories of the two companies overlap to some extent and the development of the Wilts and Dorset policy of linking routes to provide through facilities would give operating economies and make for a better service.
