Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

NEOPLAN opened a new works extension this month which will double the floor area of the plant to over 17,200sq m (185,000sq ft).

Built in record time 4:– the first sod was cut two days after planning permission was granted last April — the new buildings provide an additional 30 per cent production capacity.

The main hall with a clear span of almost 40m (131ft) is to be used for final preparation of completed vehicles and a customer collection area.

The basement will be used for a permanent sales display of used buses and coaches which come to Neoplan in part-exchange deals. A new assembly area for running gear has been opened to send units to the firm's branch works in Bavaria and Ghana and for vehicles now built under licence in the United States.

Neoplan production of buses and coaches which 10 years ago totalled 96 vehicles has this year exceeded 1,000 units. This includes 500 MAN chassis-based city buses for Syria which were completed in under 10 months at the PiIsting works.
