its Scottish subsidiary, VacuLug (Scotland) Ltd., whose board now comprises Mr. L. W. R. Morley (chairman), Mr. D. F. Parker (managing director), Mr. F. Widdowson and Mr. A. H. Podesta. Mr. L. Wilding, who has been general manager at the Edinburgh factory since the start of operations in 1958, has resigned from the company. In his place Mr. P. J. Walton has been appointed sales manager and Mr. T. Thornton, works manager.
