Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

11 Family-run Watson's Dairies has replaced part of its 18strong fleet with four Daf 18-tonne rigids, each with six-year full service contract hire from Ryder.

All of the new 4x2 Daf 65.240 trucks are fitted with a CRT (particulate) trap, which captures 98% of particle emissions released by the engine, qualifying them for the £1,000 VED rebate through the reduced pollution certificate scheme.

The additions have been fitted with Thermo King IS Fridge whisper-quiet units for deliveries to retailers and dairy wholesalers in the Home Counties and Greater London.

The contract hire agreement includes Ryder's own insurance, maintenance and repair, tyres, VED and testing.
