Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• To help meet transport training needs following the reorganization of local government, the Freight Transport Association has reshaped and extended its residential course for Local Authority Transport Management.

The course now covers five days and includes transport control in the new structure, transport legislation, efficient use of manpower, budgeting and costing of transport operations, industrial relations and productivity, and vehicle maintenance.

The course is to be held at the Frimley Hall Hotel. Camberley, November 11-15, when the course fee will be £85 (nonFTA members £90) plus VAT. If demand warrants it a further course will be held in March next year.
