Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

The popular K-type motorbus of the TeG.O.C. has now thoroughly established itself in the favour both of the public and of its constructors. The largo buses have given cOmplete satisfaction for their roved efficiency in working, their handiness in traffic, and their increased carrying powers. With the general public they are popular, not only for this last reason, hut for many others, which include added comfort both inside and out, greater ease and eafety in entering and alighting, increased seating accommodation on top, improved ventila,

B30 Ibion inside, and—by no means least— the absence of "straps." The worst of the mechanical and other_ difficulties which prevented or postponed the rapid renewal of the rolling stock after the war have now been surmounted, and the management of the company can now count definitely upon the delivery of chassis for K-type buses as quickly as bodies can be turned out to fit then'. It may be stated with assurance, therefore, that the' replacement of the B-type vehicles by the new K-type buses will be proceeded with

apace. At present K-type buses are being put on the road at the rate of 25 a week. That rate will be .considerably increased in the near future, and early in next year 1,000 K buses will be at work. The B-type buses will be with-. drawn in corresponding numbers, and it will be possible to effect the. exchange without any traffic dislocation or public inconvenience, as, vehicle for vehicle, every K-type bus replacing a B-type on the London streets represents a gain of ever 30 per cent, in carrying and seat. -lug capacity.
