Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

MAN TRUCK & Bus Manchester, based on Trafford Park, has become the first dealer in the firm's network to gain VOSA Authorised Testing Facility (A FF.) accreditation.

John Davies, head of service for MAN, says becoming a VOSA ATF site makes the manufacturer's one-stop-shop offering even more appealing. "Flexibility is key, and we can now book-in operators at their convenience. Manchester is just the first of what we hope will be a great many wholly owned and private capital MAN dealers with VOSA's ATF endorsement," he says.

Davies says more locations are earmarked for VOSA's ATF status, and adds that the introduction of on-site MoT certification will give operators flexibility on booking test 'slots' and reduced travelling time, while reducing vehicle down-time.

Richard Smith,VOSA programme director, says MAN Truck & Bus Manchester is an example of the type of ATF that VOSA wants to be testing at: "Modern, wellequipped and with fully-trained staff who understand the importance of keeping well maintained trucks on our roads." s
