On 7 October, a Birmingham Pi will take place, at which the TC will consider taking disciplinary action against Moreton-In-Marsh-based Roger Gordon Bissell. The repute of its transport manager will also be scrutinised.
. Birmingham-based bed manufacturing firm Furmanac will appear at a PI on 18 October. The hearing will consider a variation application, disciplinary action, as well as the repute of the transport manager.
• A PI will take place in Birmingham on 27 October to consider disciplinary action against Bilston Skip Hire Services, based in Wolverhampton.
O On 7 October in Bristol, a PI will consider disciplinary action against Cotswold Scaffolding, based in Cheltenham. The firm mainly operates in Gloucestershire and Worcestershire.
