THE GOVERNMENT is almost certain to introduce a new Transport Bill in the next session of Parliament said Industry Under Secretary Les Huckfield at the Commercial Motor Fleet Management Conference last week.
Mr Huckfield said the Bill would be the result of consultation carried on since the publication of the White Paper.
It would also incorporate views expressed on consultation documents sent out by the Department of Transport since the publication of the White Paper.
