ACARTRIDGE-LOADING side-lev grease gun with an operating pressu of 8,000 lb. per sq. in. has been added the Swematic grease guns range market, by Lawrence Edwards and Co. (Engineer Ltd. The gun is designed for use with Ag Moly cartridges specially formulated f Lawrence Edwards but can also be us, with standard cartridges and convention bulk grease.
The cartridges hold about 1 lb. of grea and enable the loading operation to be cr ried out easily and cleanly without fear contamination or blockage. Waste is al eliminated. For loading, the gun barrel unscrewed and filled with an opened ca ridge. When screwed up, a centre plunger released and the hand-operated side lever ready for pumping.
