Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

transporter is offered by Powell and Co. which also acts as a lifter and mobile drain stand. One man can load and lift drums and barrels with capacities up to 50 gal. without the use of straps, hoops or other fastenings.

The truck is fitted with two 10 in. dia. rubber cushion-type tyres at the front and two 6 in. dia. rubber-tyred castered wheels at the rear. A pump can be fitted to the barrel, as illustrated, or if required the endbung method of dispensing can be used. In this case the tap height is 1 ft. 2+ in. which is sufficient for filling a 3 gal. bucket or measure. The truck can be supplied with a hinged handle to facilitate accommodation in a small goods lift.

Made by: Powell and Co., Burry Port, Carms., South Wales.
