Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Door to door to the web James Hart started in 1918 selling milk door to door — but it has adapted to the information age remarkably well.

Company: James Hart (Charley) Address: www.jameshartchorley.co.uk Overview: As well as used truck sales, Lancashire-based James Hart (Charley) specialises in Leyland and Oaf parts, which explains why its website is divided into two main sections: 'sales' and 'parts'.

Access to details of vehicles in stock is available via a 'quick search' feature on the opening page. or there's a more comprehensive search tool under the 'sales' section. We especially like the facility of making keyword searches of the stocklist. such as "sleeper". The site does not give details of spares, but promises to "stock or source all the Leyland and Oaf parts you will ever need" with a nationwide next-day delivery service. A phone number is provided for operators who want to discuss their requirements with the parts department.

In addition, the site contains an interesting potted history of the firm, along with the usual contact details and map. There's also information on the other services it offers, such as engine reconditioning and service contracts.

COMMENTS

The site and the stock list are easily navigable with comprehensive information including axle configuration, body type, mileage, condition and annual test date.

Prices are not given, but this is common with dealer sites; instead you can leave a request for James Hart to contact you regarding a particular vehicle Photographs are provided for nearly all stock, with multiple angles given for some. Most vehicles on the site are Oafs (including, when we looked, a number of tippers) but other marques (Iveco, Renault. Mercedes) are also represented.
