This conference is dismayed at the style and techniques being employed by Vosa 's chief executive and the Vosa board of directors in managing the agency. Recent events, such as their decision not to allow Prospect members their right to be balloted on the 2006 pay offer. indicate the arrogance and total lack of respect that the chief executive and his board has for members.
This conference therefore states, by virtue of this motion, that the Prospect VI section has no confidence in the chief executive and his directing board and instructs the section committee to raise and engage in a campaign, either singularly or with colleague unions within Vosa, to highlight this point.
