Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

DYCE, ABERDEENSHIREbased Caledonian Logistics is investing £800,000 in new vehicles and trailers as part of growth plans which could include moving to a larger depot. Ten new vehicles six Volvos and four Dafs will join the fleet next March; 16 trailers will be bought to replace hired trailers. MD Derek Mitchell says the company is bucking the trend by growing. "We have a nice mix of business here," he explains. "We have a small amount of longdistancehaulage groupage loads as against full loads as well as pallet distribution and storage." Caledonian is in the Palletways network.

The company's 2,300m2 purpose-built depot at Lawson Drive in Dyce is now 'much too small", he adds. The company is looking for more space; one option is a move to a larger site.

In 2003 it opened a depot at Carsgate Industrial Estate, Inverness, to cope with the growing market in the north of Scotland.

The haulage and storage firm began trading in February 1999 following the demise of Munro's Transport.
