• Drivers hours and tachograph offences cost UK European Haulage of Staunton, Gloucester £2,950 in fines and costs when the company appeared before Westminster magistrates.

The company was fined £1,000 for failing to produce tachograph records and £50 for each of five offences of permitting drivers to take insufficient weekly rest. It was also ordered to pay £1,500 prosecution costs.
