Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Surrey-based Roy Clarke, who spent 20 months in a Spanish jail before he was cleared of drug smuggling charges, plans to return to Malaga next week in a bid to retrieve his impounded truck from a private compound. The release celebrations over, it's bock to Spain to get the truck. Clarke hopes to receive legal clearance this week to collect his Daf 3600 All and his full passport.

The 47-year old owner-driver finally got home at the weekend after being granted a temporary passport: now he says he is "dreading" returning to Spain.

He is far from certain that he will get his truck, More than £3,000 is still owed to the compound's landlord, and although Clarke says the Spanish Government is liable for this, no immediate payment is expected.

Undaunted by his ordeal, Clarke hopes to start work again in the new year. "I shall go back to driving," he says. "I enjoy it."
