Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

AS a resplt of its appointment as U.K. selling agent for Graco Geneva S.A. (the parent company is Gray Company Inc., Minnesota, U.S.A.), F. W. Berk and Co. Ltd., North Circular Road, London, N.W.10, has added considerably to the range of surface treatment equipment supplied by its coating division. There are Graco pumps and spraying or extruding units for the application or transfer of a great variety of substances, ranging from water to asphalt. Also, Berk will be marketing Graco HydraCrean air-powered cleaning equipment for the first time in this country.

Graco equipment includes conventional paint-spraying units but in addition the concern manufactures units which operate using a pumping principle and without atomizing air. These are named Hydra-Spray and the coating material, under high pressure and at normal temperature, is transferred direct to the spray gun from which it is expelled as a " fogless" spray.

A similar pumping action is used for the Graco Hydra-Clean equipment which is suitable for vehicle washing. Various versions are made. On most, the corn plete unit is mounted inside a 55-gal. drum containing the cleaning solution, whilst on one model the pump is mounted on a base plate and the suction pipe only is immersed in the liquid, a clip being used to attach the pipe to the rim of the drum. Fluid is fed to the spray gun through high-pressure hose, the working pressure at the spray tip varying with the pressure of the air supply to the pump and the size of spray tip orifice.
