British Road Services announces that Mr. Gerald Maclean has been appointed divisional manager, B.R.S. (Pickfords) Ltd. He was formerly chief removal and travel manager, Pickfords. Mr, John G. Arnold, assistant heavy haulage manager, has been appointed assistant divisional manager to the Pickfords Division. He joined Pickfords Heavy Haulage Services in 1950. New chief removal and travel manager is Mr. George J. Skelton, who was formerly deputy chief removal and travel manager.
Mr. R. M. Raynham and Mr. R. Leonard have been appointed to the Technical Sales Department of The Nightingale Engineering Co. Ltd. Mr. Raynham Will, be covering the territory north of the Thames, whilst Mr. Leonard will be covering Surrey, Sussex, and the southern postal districts of London.

Farewell tributes to Mr. R. A. Webb, solicitor for the B.T.C., were paid by the Licensing Authority, Mr. S. W. Nelson, and by Mr. T. D. Corpe in the Western traffic area court in Bristol on Monday. Mr, Webb, well known in the Western area, is going into private practice.
