THE PTRC summer annual meeting, July 7-11, offers a choice of 14 simultaneous streams to cover a total of 300 papers on planning and transport research.
Subjects will include : buses in traffic ; traffic restraint ; living with goods vehicles ; and transport policy and finance.

Eire enforces cv entry reg
EIRE is tightening up on entry of foreign-registered road freight vehicles.
Haulage operators have been advised to carry one of the fol lowing documents for inspection by Customs and Excise officials: licence issued by the Minister for Transport and Power, Kildare Street, Dublin 2 (applications at least 10 days before the date of importation) ; or an EEC Quota or Multilateral Quota authorisation.
