Staffordshire CV of Stoke-on-Trent, was set up to return ageing Magnums to pristine condition. In many cases where the truck has covered 600,000km or more it will strip the engine. On the chassis, torsion bars and air bags are replaced where needed, and brake discs, drums, pads and linings and the dutch will leave the operator with at least 50% wear remaining. The cab gets a facelift damaged trim and visuals are replaced, and wood is added to bring the trim in line with the current image. After shot-blasting and any panel repair, the trucks are liveried in the customer's own colours.
