Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Sometimes decorum is called for, and as David Evans (right) sales manager for Cranleigh Freight Services, is presented with the 1999 Freight Service Award from the Right Honourable Lord Freeman, President of British International Freight Association, he allows himself just the merest suggestion of a smile of satisfaction.

The Surrey-based company received the award at the recent British International Freight Association Awards in recognition of its outstanding contribution to the freight service industry. The award was presented to Cranleigh Freight by BAA Air Cargo, sponsors of the Logistics and Distribution category.
