Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

TWO MEN selling counterfeit Scania clothing at Truckfest have been jailed for two months following a tip-off from the truck manufacturer.

Simon Hempsall, 39, and Jon Hempsall, 62, pleaded guilty to charges relating to use of the Scania trademark after they were discovered selling £18,000-worth of counterfeit clothing.

The truck manufacturer became concerned after the 2009 event when unsuspecting visitors were buying goods that were not oficial merchandise, so it tried to halt the practice in 2010.

Peterborough Crown Court heard that Trading Standards oficers seized merchandise, including jackets and polo shirts, at the East of England Showground. The prices being charged were equal to, or in some cases higher than, genuine Scania items.

The company, Tamworth-based Workwear UK, was ined £5,000, and the men were ordered to pay £8,000 each within six months, or face a three-month prison sentence. They were also ordered to pay costs of £3,000 to Peterborough City Council. Scania declined to comment.
