PALLETLINE MEMBER MR Clark & Sons has gone into liquidation. Following a meeting of creditor& Alison Anderson and Brian Johnstone of accountancy firm Armstrong Watson were appointed joint liquidators of the firm, based in Kirkgunzec.)n, Dumfries. Anderson says: "MR Clark ceased trading on 10 July following the termination by Palletline of its contract earlier in the month."
According to Anderson, MR Clark had "defaulted on its contractual arrangement':

A PalIctline spokesman tells CM: -We do have to monitor our members very closely during the current economic climate ... and act accordingly
