Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A[though I am sure that your well-informed readers have already spotted the "deliberate" mistake, I am writing to make sure that everyone has the correct information about Eurotunnel's freight shuttle service.

In your Ferry Guide (CM 9-15 July), you stated that the shuttle service went three times a day—it should, of course, read three times an hour, and up to four times an hour in peak periods. We offer by far the most frequent service across the Channel, a fact which is appreciated by the drivers of the record-breaking 181,537 lorries who used us in the past three months.

Please also note that only the first telephone number listed in your guide (01303 288660) should be used; the other one will not connect customers to Eurotunnel's freight service.
