Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

From James Neill comes the Eclipse 39 drill sharpener. The device allows precision grinding of drill bits without either grinding wheels or electric power and it is small enough to carry in a normal toolbox.

Once the drill is inserted in the device it is simply rolled to and fro over an abrasive surface. The bit is automatically held at the correct attitude and the sharpening action provides the correct drill-tip profile.
