BOTH SIDES of the great transport policy debate will get an airing at the Road Haulage Association's annual conference in October.
The Minister for Transport, Dr John Gilbert, will be putting the Government's point of view at a business luncheon.
And Mr Norman Fowler, MP, will deal with the Opposition's transport policies at a morning session of the conference, which is being held in Eastbourne from October 25-27, Something new to RHA conferences will be a number of discussion groups which will talk about subjects ranging from public relations to vehicle maintenance problems and the possibility of the RHA providing commercial services.
