Mr: Carl F.•,Belkofer. : , Mr: Belkoler, 52. was . managing director of Gulf Oil IGreat Britain) Ltd. A native of Toledo, Ohio, he first came 1.6 Great Britain in November. 1961, after 30 years of progressively senior appointments with the Gulf Oil Corporation in the United States. He was appointed managing director of Gulf Oil (GB) Ltd. in January. 1962.
