Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Tecalemit has introduced an oil-change trolley which it claims simplifies and speeds up the job of draining large sumps and gearboxes. The trolley is particularly suitable for use in fleet 'transport depots and can carry two 205-litre (45ga1) drums or a dual-compartment tank, depending on requirements.

Each drum is fitted with an air-operated Tecalemit transfer pump which can operate from a local air supply up to 1,035kN/sqm (150psi). The evacuating pump has a triggeroperated nozzle.
