FOR the 12 months January to December 1977 the number of Volvo lorries delivered is the highest ever achieved since Volvo started selling commercial vehicles in Great Britain in 1967. In all, 3,400 vehicles have been delivered this year against the previous highest annual figure of 2,750 in 1976.
The month of December sees a record number of Volvo lorries delivered — 380 against the previous highest monthly delivery of 335 in April this year.
