THE CONFERENCE sessions at Commercial Motor Live at Millbrook Proving Ground on 3-4 October are accredited for CPD credits from the Chartered Institute of Transport & Logistics (CILT).
The seminars cover: legislation and compliance (delivered by Backhouse Jones); enforcement issues and responsibilities (delivered by Vosa and the traffic commissioners); operational update (covering Euro-6, telematics, tyre labelling, and tachographs); efficiency update (covering efficiency best practice; the benefits of aerodynamics, and in-service trial best practice); quiet deliveries; getting the most out of your drivers; and insuring your assets.
Each session qualifies for half an hour of the CILT’s CPD credits with the exception of the operational update, which qualifies as 45 minutes of CPD credits.
Commercial Motor Live also features 30-plus exhibitors and the chance to ride and drive the latest trucks from Isuzu, Mercedes-Benz, Renault Trucks, Scania and Volvo.
