Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

AN important feature of the Series III Commer Cob light van, announced today by the Rootes Group, is its complete absence of greasing points. These have been eliminated by the use of rubber-bushed links in the front suspension and P.T.F.E. bushes for the steering idler and ball-joint, mounted stub axle carriers. The handbrake cable is of the sealed nylon type which does not require greasing.

Frontal re-styling on the Series III Cob includes an anodised aluminium radiator grille, the ends of which incorporate side lamps and amber direction indicators. The bonnet line is appreciably lower than the Series II Cob and the chromium plated front bumper is mounted 0-5 in. higher than on the earlier model. With the exception of a change in carburetter type, the 40-5 b.h.p. 1,390 cc. fourcylinder Cob engine remains unchanged. Improved road-holding and ride are the aims of lowered coil spring rates of the front suspension and increased width rear spring.

Within the body, design changes include a new facia panel, crash padded at its upper edge and with full-width parcels shelf below. The instruments, now mounted in front of the driver, are contained in two matched dials and switches and controls a r e marked with their functions in capital letters.
